Bella (Yigong) Zhang is a first-year M.A.Sc student in Industrial Engineering student at the University of Toronto. She specializes in human factors evaluation, UX design and research, and product management. She holds a B.A.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and a certificate in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Small Business from the University of Toronto. She is a PMI-certified project management professional(PMP) and has worked as a product manager for about 2 years. She has a long-term passion for improving healthcare systems and future medical technologies. She has been working in healthcare on a professional and volunteer basis for over six years.
