Why did you get involved in this project?
I like collaborations of images and words and was curious about a process that involves coincidental matchings rather than chosen collaborators.
Did the one week turn-around for the work help or hinder your creativity?
Since this project was based on intuitive rather than research based work, the week was perfect because it was long enough to find a time for responding and short enough to prevent an obsession with the planning of the work.
How did you feel about working on a project where you didn’t know who you were collaborating with?
I really liked the idea of not knowing your collaborators. Since the project was organized task-based, it allowed for different styles to match and was much more open to surprises than projects in which you know your collaborators and their work.
Has being involved in the project changed your thoughts on creativity?
